Good staff, especially the person who checks the tickets at the entrance of the bus. As for the route, I think it takes a long time at each stop and a lot of time is wasted.
View original review in Spanish
We waited a long time for the blue route to start at stop 1 after riding the red route. It was not worth the 45 minute wait, as half the stops duplicated with red and the others were not worthwhile.
Bus was fine and it seemed to cover all the main points, buying the tkts was easy but there is not enough detail on the pick up points exact location .... bus audio worked well and we were quite happy
HopOn-HopOff busses always good experience to see sights
Uncomplicated booking. Staff are friendly and speak good English.

It wasn't too long, we would go ob either bus, and was very comprehensive.
The waiting time is too long and the explanation not detailed enough.

Glass Slide
The view was amazing and the transparent glass walk was scary in the beginning but was thrilling as you start to get the hang of it.
Great view on Burj-Khalifa and downtown. You should stay in a queue in order to get physical copy of your ticket(even if you have a digital ticket in your phone)
We had an absolutely incredible tour in Dubai with our guide, Haider Ali Khan Arab Ali, and our driver. From start to finish, the experience was top notch. Haider’s knowledge of the city, its culture, and hidden gems made every moment exciting and informative. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. Our driver was equally fantastic, professional, safe, and always ready with a smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to show us around Dubai. Highly recommend them for an unforgettable adventure!
Very smooth transaction, they scan your code then hand the ticket, once you get your ticket you can go inside. It's a nice experience.
A good view of Bur Kalifa! It's worth a visit to take pictures of him and yourself. The slide itself isn't very exciting, you hardly feel anything, except of course for some people who are afraid of heights and enclosed spaces, but I can assure you that it's very peaceful. It's worth it for the photo and not so much for the thrill. Tip: the walkway opposite Bur Kalifa is emptier for taking photos or videos. We went at night to get a night view, since we had climbed the Burj during the day. I believe that during the day the photos are better, but at night you can enjoy the view of the water show.

The Skyview Observatory in Dubai provided an exhilarating experience with breathtaking views and a touch of thrill. Walking on the glass floor initially sent shivers down my spine, but the sense of triumph after conquering that fear was unmatched. Thanks to the ticket I purchased from Headout at a great price, gaining entry was seamless, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the activity. I wholeheartedly recommend Headout for all your activity bookings, and I am sure you will relish the Skyview Observatory experience as much as I did.
Is a very nice experience. Such a nice place to take pictures and see things from above. I had to buy the ticket for slide differently and it wasn't nice that I had to have the tickets printed.. they did it at the reception but it was like I would purchase the tickets there .. Otherwise is worth it.
The experience was good. It will be better if the Glass slide was an inclusion on the ticket price only and not to pay extra for the slide.
Sky Views Observatory Ticket with Glass Slide was amazing. The views are breathtaking & headout gave a better price than the price at the location
I selected inspent limited tome becaouse there is no propoer option for my exmperiences. The person who was guiding the people , just before sliding, was rude for the people, not me! But i fell myself not good. He was like comender and instructing the peope! And they were pushing pushing next one next one! , we were at there to enjoy not feel stress. This is my first in Dubai that I saw last 2 years! Photes are quite expensive, 150 AED one printed copy, when i asked is it quite expensive, answer is it is EMAAR!! What is the meanning? , i m leaving EMAAR compound, we are also happy with services in our home. I really surprised with team who are working at there.
I started this experience very quickly. Picking up the tickets at the redemption point was quick and so was the entry. At the entrance there is a very useful luggage drop off point if you come with a trolley/cart. Once on board we started a very interesting experience. There is a glass platform that allows you to see the city and street from high up. The main draw point, the glass slide, was very ok. I was scared because of height anxiety but didn't have time to feel the experience as it was very fast. I queued for about an hour for the slide but it was well worth it. I highly recommend this experience, it was over the Burj Khalifa and the price was more than cheap for what this experience included.

😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Great views, the glass walkway was a good experience. The queue for the slide was very long - don't understand why we needed to book for a specific time slot when we queued for over 45 mins and got to ride 30 mins after the allotted time
The Headout experience was good, all easy to book but the glass slide itself was a disappointment. Long queues and the slide experience lasts 4 seconds
It's nice adventur wow beautiful view first time I had this experience very nice service staff is ver professional and very cooperative
The ease of booking, insta ticket was awesome. The different combo offers were quite good and also the multiple discount offer after each booking was wonderful
No Long Queues, Comfortably managed all processes well and then the Slide and Glass Walk were too Good. Classic views of Burj Khalifa while sliding and from Observatory particularly at night. We spent great Time there.
Not being able to confirm the ticket straightaway was a bit annoying. We didn't find out until after that we didn't get our time and had to book another but the times were gone by the time we found out. The glass slide was very underwhelming, especially having lined up for 80 minutes. Didn't realise it was so small. If we'd seen the views as the original time when it was daylight, maybe would have been better.
I must recommend to book the activities from Headout as it very easy and provide good deals. We enjoyed a lot. But don't book tickets of Burj Khalifa and observatory same day as it will take more time as mentioned during December month.
The slide experience is good and its always to good to book tickets from HeadOut as its the most trustworthy and easy to use ticketing platform.
The overall experience was great. The facilities were incredible and the slide, though very short, was cool! The optional meal and drinks were excellent. Thank you :)
Was Amazing good experience, e enjoy the scenery
Everything as described, the view was incredible
The glass slide was overhyped experience, it should be only for the kids
I loved how smooth the experience was when i booked it from headout, dubai is amazing and so is headout!

Despite the bad reviews that I read, I have to say that everything went great for us with our guide Chiara who explained everything in a way that made the whole tour very enjoyable and interesting and the tour itself is very worthwhile.

The environment was wonderful and the experience was very good, the only thing I did not like was the monotony of the explanation of the guide, who tried to transfer his beliefs and his anger towards the church in each explanation. This is the 3rd time I have visited the colosseum and I am sure there will be more, but I hope to have another guide in Spanish.

Hello, we wish to convey to SEVERUS our guide (in Spanish) day 7/12/24 our sincere congratulations..he is a very good guide he illustrated us very well ..also he alerted and protected us from pick pocket pickpockets in the colosseum. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

We had a wonderful experience with our guide Mario, who was as cultured as you could wish for, and fascinating in the way he told us the history of this marvellous site! Many thanks to him. Alice and Guy.

A fantastic experience, Cristina (the tour guide) is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive.

We had to return the next day to enter the coliseum because there was a problem with the tickets, the fault was mine because I bought tickets for adults 18-24 years old, and I am older, in my opinion is one thing to improve in the menu of the web because it can be confusing, and I think I was not the only one. But in the end everything was solved, thanks to the local partner and thanks to the fact that we had the whole Sunday to be able to come back, that's why my positive rating.

It's an amazing monument, thinking all its history beside the architectural side that is unbelievable for the time it was built..our guide,Lumi(hope that's the right spelling) was excellent with lot of knowledge and very kind.Willing to explain anything you wanted!
It was a very good tour and our tour guide was very knowledgeable. She was occasionally a litle hard to hear/understand, although some of that was due to the size of the group. The beginning of the tour was a little disorganized, but I think that may have been due to understaffing. it took a while for the group to get organized. A general announcement about how we were being organized would have been helpful. The tour itself was exellent, and our guide was very well informed. It was amazing to see the Colisseum up close. It was worth it to skip the lines, and to move through the process with someone who was familiar with the process. I would recommend the tour to others.
The tour guide seemed to know a lot. Only down was she practically made us run up Palatine hill to get to the toilets before they shut. My husband was 80 on the day and I am 65.
Our guide Barbara was AMAZING! She speaks Portuguese very well and is super enthusiastic about Roman history. She really manages to convey the whole history of the place in a very incredible way.

The tour stated late because there was no guide the staff were not in a uniform as mentioned in the email so very difficult to find. The guide disappeared to take the lift down while myself and others required the life down we found our own way to the lift and could not find the guide after returning to the bottom of the stairs the guide did not advise of a meeting place or the area we would be viewing next, we called the office and they were not helpful to call the guide on his mobile phone for us. I would like a 59% refund as only had a guide during the visit to the coliseum Not very happy
The tour was great and the guide knowledgeble. It woudl have been awesome if we had started the tour at the first site and saved a lot of extra walking up and down hill. Half the group was older and could have used the fewer steps.
We had an amazing tour of the Colosseum with Alexandra, our guide. As a true Roman, she shared her passion and knowledge with incredible enthusiasm and attention to detail. Her explanations were captivating, full of interesting facts, and delivered with kindness and charm. Alexandra truly brought the history of the Colosseum to life for us. Highly recommended!
The guide was super experienced and very kind, she explained everything and asked for doubts. Very punctual and enjoyable tour. I would hire them again. Very good experience

We took a guided tour around the colloseum, Palatine Hill and Roman forum and we were very pleased with it. Our tour guide, Lumi, was very knowledgeable, very sweet, knew when to throw in a bit of sarcasm, when and how to make a connection with the old and new world and when to just say the story. There were kids in the group and she was mindful about them too. At the end she recommended us a few places to eat and visit. We ended up with a great experience and we're glad we took it.
The timetable of the guide was not in accordance with the official schedule because it was too long and boring, we left before it was over because at the time the visit was supposed to end we had only seen the colosseum and we still had to see the palatine and the forum. It seemed to me that it lacked rhythm

It was all wonderful! And the best thing was the attentive treatment of our guide, who explained everything very well and solved all the doubts that arose.

Excellent experience in Rome. Everything was planned and the guides were very well organized. Our French-speaking guide was very thorough in his explanations and we had a good visit with a group of +/-10 people. Headphones were provided for the group.

The guide made all the difference, showing us pictures from the past and how things used to be. It wouldn’t have been the same experience without a guide.
We had a very good experience. The guide, an Italian woman who speaks Spanish, was excellent. Once in rome, the company communicated with us via whatsapp to give us all the details of the meeting before the tour.

We loved seeing the Roman Forum up close. We already knew about the Palatine and the Colosseum, but it was great to walk around inside the Colosseum.

Fantastic surroundings and our tour guide Sylvia was very personable, thoughtful and did an excellent job of bringing the history of the places to life for us.

The guide was very knowledgeable, funny, and helpful. The sites and history were amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend as a must do in Rome.
All was well organized and out guide Barbara was very good prepared and experienced. There were some technical problems with audio quality in my guide receiver. Also so called access to the Arena of Colloseum was disappointing since in fact it can be seen exactly the same as from the other places with the lower price ticket.
