Very nice guide, kind with the kids and interresting. We are French and we didn't find a french visit! So he was very helpful.
Our guide Ana was outstanding, she spoke slowly while answering every question with a smile and kindness. She explained the history of the Eifel Tower and the major monuments in Paris while also giving us very specific directions on what to see. She was always attentive to each person in the group especially my 8-year-old daughter. I highly recommend this guide because it was a wonderful experience far beyond our expectations. Thank you Ana!!!

The guide was very nice, we were worried because we were about 7 minutes late but she waited until 20 minutes so that we were all there. She explained the procedure and the history of the eiffel tower. We also had passes for the top floor and she showed us perfectly how to go up and down. Everything went very well!

Martin was super friendly, interesting and dynamic, with lots of drive and energy to tell us about the history of the Eiffel Tower and in his exchanges with the group. The tour was very interesting, well signposted and fun to do, I recommend it!

Our guide Sebastian was knowledgeable, funny, helpful and great for a bilingual family (English/spanish). Attentive and keep to group together.
Excellent experience! Thank you Headout! It was easy to book the tour and everything was explained thoroughly! Will come back to you definitely!
Our guide, Mariana was punctual, was attentive to the group, gave us information about the history of the tower, its builder, ... Open to questions from the group. Explaining what to do depending on the reservation made. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, we could not go to the top of the Eifel Tower due to strong winds. However, it was very special to look over the illuminated Paris in the dark from the 2nd floor with a brisk wind. Our guide could tell nice stories, but had no cheese about taking a picture of the two of us and we had to fill out a survey from TripAdvisor before we were allowed out on the 2nd floor.

Great experience! Amazing tour guide! It was a bit windy so we couldn't go to the summit but overall great views even from the second floor
We had "Mo" from Mumbai India as our guide, and she was very good. But very disapointed that we couldnt get access to the summit, wich we had ordered from Home.
Very knowledgeable guide with lots of enthusiasm for the tour. Easy to find following the directions on the ticket. Really enjoyed Charles tour.
Despite the cold, it was worth the experience and the friendliness of our guide Fortune Too bad we couldn't see the city from the top floor due to the fog

The Guide just walked us from a corner near the Tower and left us at the gate. Couldn't even find her after. I expected more of a guided tour. We also had trouble finding the right boat at the dock for the cruise. No directions on how to get to right boat.
The visit itself it was almost perfect, and the guide we had was very nice and very informed about the Eiffel Tower and about the city.
Everything is very nice. The tower is spectacular! I wanted to come here for a long time. The prices in the restaurants a bit expensive. I really enjoyed the adventure.

Too bad that the tour is not available in German 6 people are coming to Paris on New Year's Eve who would also like a guided tour but in German I understood very little English but still enjoyed an unforgettable experience Thank you

The tour was fine but the whole thing was too expensive for what it offers and waiting too long for others from the group at the start.

Good experience, but they forgot to give me our boat ride tickets. We had to go back to the office, and pick them up from another kiosk that was still open.
We had a good guide, Alexandra, who knew how to tell us a lot about the history of the Eiffel Tower. It was very instructive.

I got more out of the experience because of the guide. She was knowledgeable and I enjoyed hearing facts that I didn't know before.
Our guide was so enthusiastic and was able to answer all our questions. He included a quiz on the Eiffel Tower from his talk.
Everything was very good, the guide was excellent, he did his job very well! We were impressend about the whole tour and the top of the tower amazing vieuw from Paris
IFE was an excellent guide and did an absolutely an amazing job. The tour was very well organized. The group was quite fun to be with. The timing was great (5p). All around swell job. Thanks.
Presleigh was so informative and interesting. Her extensive knowledge really added to the experience at the Eiffel Tower. The river cruise was slso very good, though the commentary could use a little polish. It was rather basic. We did enjoy being having the flexibility to take the trip whenever we wanted.

Ticket expérience was perfect! We really enjoyed our visit and we had a beautiful lunch at Angelina's... the only disappointment is all the statues covered in the gardens for the winter and fountains closed (however understandable)...
Even if we arrived earlier than programmed, we were allowed to visit the museum. The staff were great and very helpfull.
The organization of queues to enter the château needs to be reviewed. Likewise, there aren't enough security gates to ensure smooth access. Waiting outside with no real signage and in bad weather spoils the moment a little. Last but not least, indications in the rooms are so well hidden or non-existent that you have to take the audioguide. It's a pity that our heritage has become nothing more than a business for brainless influencers.
View original review in French
The tour of the château was just what we'd hoped for. It would be ideal to set up a special photo line for certain key rooms. The wait before entering the château was far too long, given that it was a time-stamped ticket (ticket 11:30 a.m. entry at 12:15 p.m.).

I loved the magnificent beauty and grandeur of the palace. Incredibly beautiful. The Hall of Mirrors was breathtaking. I also enjoyed listening to the audio tour. However, I do have a recommendation regarding that. I would have appreciated it if ear phones would have been provided. After touring the palace for three hours, my arm got soar holding up the audio device to my ears.
Ticketing was easy to navigate, and directions from the metro station were very clear. It was easy to get into the palace and overall was a wonderful experience.
normally, we don't book entrance tickets at non-official sites due to the many fakes and traps circulating on the net... But the official site "www.chateauversailles.fr" just did not work. (It also forces to accept cookies). So we tried "headout". All worked fine.
I bought the tickets at the last minute. I had never heard of Headout. At first, after I bought them, I was afraid because I received strange emails saying that my tickets didn't give access to the castle. But when I got there I showed the tickets to the castle staff and they told me everything was fine. I highly recommend this site, especially if you can no longer find tickets on the château app.

Kind of organized. Although, we waited on line and people that came late for their time, they still let them in. They should've put them at the end of the next time slot!
Amazing place, very authentic, I loved the interior design and all the paintings. Also the building is outstanding 👍🏻
Everything was smooth and timely, no extra waiting time. My family loved the gardens and my youngest especially the special horse theme on temporary display at Versailles at the time.
The Palace is spectacular, the exhibitions, the informative screens that reproduce the life, the spaces and different phases of the construction in a very visual way. The gardens are very well kept, beautiful and full of autumn colors, the time we visited them. We missed the music and water show that is organized in October, we paid for the tickets just to see it. After an hour walking through the gardens, we heard the music in a fountain, but the fountain (water) was turned off. Then we saw from afar, at the back of the gardens a fountain working, but the music did not play. The central fountains and those closer to the palace were turned off.

My booking went smoothly. However, remember to pick the earliest time when visiting the Palace of Versailles because Marie Antoinette's estate is huge so there's a lot of walking. We were not able to go to the grand trianon, we need to go to the palace immediately.
Huge queues with no guidance Rude and ill-mannered Palace employee to change the direction of the queue, removed the people who were in front and when we went to complain he was rude and shouted at us. No warning about where and when the fountain show would take place (we bought it and didn't see it).

Incredibly well organised to manage the crowds. The garden was my favourite. It was enchanting. Loved everything about it. The music made it extra special. Loved the little eateries tucked away amongst the trees. My favourite experience of Paris by far. Thank you...
Loved having transportation to and from and was easy to locate meeting points. Would have liked to have had a little more time to do the Tran around the gardens but overall, great experience!
You send the correct ticket confirmation with a pdf-link to the actual tickets. Therefore the check-in procedure was simple and without any problems.
The guide Ify was superb! Informative, funny & engaging. All went smooth and organised. My daughter & another girl had their Birthday on a day -the guide has got everyone to sing Happy Birthday on the tower !
Following a problem of date the personnel of the castle was very arranging we were able to visit the castle and the gardens without problem as well as the field of Trianon you have photographs

Great venue and experience. On entering Versaille there were various long queues leading to entry point A (for people with tickets). When we got to the front after 30 minutes we found the queue we were in was for the timed entry for 11am and our tickets were for 11.30. We then had to join the end of the correct long line. It would be helpful to know this before arriving
Booking was easy, convenient and described in detail. The tickets arrived promptly. The information was all important and helpful for the route, the ticketing process, things to know about the event. Versailles is also beautiful in the fall.

Our tour of the Vatican Muesem and Sistine Chapel was amazing. Our tour guide, Chiara, was so informative and kind. I did not realize going into this tour, that we would not have a guide in St Peter's Basilica. It was nice that we had time to explore the basilica, however there were so many areas in the basilica which would have been nice to have a guide. Overall, a great experience!
Everything was amazing! The guide was very funny and incredibly knowledgeable, making our experience in the Vatican truly enjoyable. We will definitely book more tours with this company in the future.
Such a great tour of the Vatican. A wonderful tour guide, Cosimo, very knowledgable and also keeping the information fun as well. He added a lot to the experience and I would thoroughly recommend him.

Yesterday, December 4th, we took part in the tour with Alba in the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel. It was a very informative tour. You could tell that ALBA was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the special aspects. For us, the special highlight was the visit to the Tapestry and the adjoining hall with the Italian landscapes from all over Italy. Personally, we would perhaps replace the animal sculptures room with an in-depth look at the modern part of the Vatican Museum. In other words, the 20th century. We would recommend Alba without reservation. The organization was also very good.

Really loved our guide Natliana (I think that's the spelling). The place is fascinating, but she really added to the epxerience.
The women that gave us the tour Elena was great at informing us in the many historical features during the tour. She allowed many opportunities to look around and explore the room we were in which was amazing as my family wanted to take as many photos as possible. All in all the tour was great.
Our guide Fabrizio was with historical education, local guy, who got his knowledge directly from Vatican when studying. Very interesting facts he told was not known by my friend who visited twice already Vatican. So I really appreciate his tour and him as funny interesting and intelligent guide. About the tour was everything in time, well organized, and within declared tour like on website. Highly recommend
Our tour guide, Rita took us around the long lines and straight into the entrance. She was very knowledgeable and showed us more than we would've seen on our own.
Four of us "first timers" in Rome booked this tour through the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Basilica 2 weeks ago. Our tour guide was amazing! I cannot remember her name (because I am terrible with names) but she was born in America and had lived in Italy for 18 years or so. She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable....she knew so much about the art and little nuances about each artist. She has long dark hair and carried a yellow feather! She was brilliant! We honestly picked the perfect season to visit Rome...the crowds were not too much, the weather was perfect, and even though they are preparing for the Jubilee I didnt feel like we missed anything! I would definitely book with Headout again! They were extremely easy to find, friendly and knowledgeable! Prices were great as well! Ciao until next visit!!
OUr tourguide was incredible. She clicked well with each of the people in our group and was very patient with us. She was incredible at being informative while also catching our attention and making us laugh! It was overall very fun and joyful!
The guide was well prepared with a lot of information, but it is really too expensive for what it is..... in the end you can do the tour alone, it's easy.

Our guide, Yassir, was absolutely amazing. He was extremely thorough on his explanations of the property. He came prepared with his iPad so that he could show original (historic) photos compared to common-day visuals. There was not a question he could not give a response too.
The experience makes it unique to the guide and I can say that Octavio was a guide beyond expectations. Ticket purchasing process was easy without hiccup. Our tour guide Paula is friendly, fun and pleasant. An introduction was offered before entering the Park Güell. She is very knowledgeable, professional and hilarious. At one of a famous spots, she helped take pictures of each of us with our cell phones. Thanks to Paula for making our visit to this wonderful Park a memorable experience.
Our tourguide Roberto, (bobby) was amazing, passionate, knowledged, and a true artist himself in the way he did the tour! Muchos gracias por todo Bobby!
Ina, our guide was exceptional. She gave us a lot of information about the park and delivered it in a very upbeat friendly manner.
Everything....the architecture, the philosophy of living in a smart and healthy way, the greenery around, the guide...everything
Parc Güell wonderful!!! The guide Silvia was exceptional, although she did the tour in Spanish (we are Italian) she was very clear, very nice and very professional. But above all, with her passion she made us fully understand the Genius of Gaudí. Thank you Silvia!

The best thing was that we were able to get tickets via Headout! Parco Güell was fully booked for the next few days and then we managed to get 2 tickets for a guided, English-speaking morning tour. The guide was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Even though the group was a bit large, Olga kept the group together well. The only thing missing was a note that there were 2 groups of castellers performing in the central mosaic seating area at noon on the same day. We stayed in the park for a while after the tour and were able to admire this fantastic spectacle.

The tour went for too long. It was interesting, but I would have preferred it to be shorter as we all got a bit bored. Parking was also difficult. You should state street parking only and advise location of parking and how long it takes to walk to meeting point.
I really wanted to see the park during my visit to Barcelona - but it was fully booked. I found this guided tour in German and booked it without further ado. The guide was very competent and friendly, a native speaker with impeccable language skills. In retrospect, I was glad to have booked a guided tour. And I learned a lot about The Park, Gaudí, Barcelona's history and current situation. Despite admission regulations, the park is quite full.

Our guide Paula made the visit super interesting, I really got into the history of Barcelona and Gaudi's genius
View original review in Italian
The hints and explanations from guide Paula were very good. One very negative experience: we booked 4 tickets but could enter only with 3; the fourth ticket became "obsolete" as the people from the parc Güell did not let enter our son from the main entrance. When he tried to join us with a separate arrival, the GPS told him to go through the parc to our meeting point. Paula talked to the officials by explaining the situation but they even did not try to help us by contacting their colleagues on the main entrance. So, with the bad weather and low visitor numbers, we threw 25% of our money into the bin. 🙁 Zero flexibility from the parc employees!!
The booking on the website was smooth and easy. The same goes for using the app for keeping the tickets. And the guide, Mark, at Park Güell for the English your at 4 pm was outstanding.

All three visits were great, it's difficult to say which was the best. The climb up to La Giralda was unique and the view from up there is superb. Great service, reliable, and easy to book an outing on Headout . Salt Mines is well worth seeing, but if you are thinking of going to Auschwitz aswell, I would visit Auschwitz first and Salt Mine second, reason being, alot of steps (800) to decent in Salt Mines, can effect the back of your legs if you are not used to it. Auschwitz is flat walking.
Entry to the mines was very straightforward and easy. The tour guide was so friendly and knowledgeable. The mines themselves were fantastic Only negative? Being crammed into the lift at the end
The tour to the salt mines is highly recommended. But undoubtedly, the most recommendable thing is the attention we received from our contact to provide us with the tickets and help us with the access: GRZEGORZ REISER. Due to problems with transportation to the meeting point, we could not arrive at the agreed time, so we already gave the reservation for lost; but he contacted us by whatsapp, did not wait for + 20 minutes, helped us to locate our entrance line, and also was waiting until he checked that we could access with the tickets he had provided us. In addition, he gave us tips on places to eat, drink something..... The pity is that we were already leaving the next day back home, otherwise we would not hesitate to call him for anything else. However, we will do so the day we return to Krakow (which we will).

At the entrance there was no signage for the entrance without a queue, so we stood in a long queue. I was there a few years ago and then we went to other places that were not on this tour. For example, the area where you can see the work of the prisoners in World War II and there is a Star of David carved by a Jewish prisone I remember there were other interesting and beautiful places that we didn't see on this tour. I must say that the instructor was very good, pleasant, and very professional.
There were of it the group some late due to unclear meeting place. Had signed up with guide I got app reminder that we had excursion. So people were not on time so we waited outside in the cold/rain and started at least half an hour later. Tour and guide was perfect. Reception and communication was poor.

If you haven't been you definitely should to tick it off the bucket list. However, it is a long tour with hard flooring throughout so it's not everyone.
Great guide, little disappointed that we came out of a different shaft and a normal elevator in the town. Good experience.
Very interesting and amazing things made from salt. Just worth noting the stairs down are not for the faint hearted and being down there for so long feels quite drawn out . Glad we went though
Excellent visit to the salt mines. Very informative guide, and stunning sculptures & carvings. The whole thing is extremely well presented & although you do need to be fairly fit due to all the steps down & walking, it is stunning so well worth it.
Ticketing with you was easy and I found the prices cheaper. Some of the staff at the experience were very rude! and no no language barrier! the event itself was amazing
Tickets were easy to book. The guide was informative and funny. Souvineers were good value. Be aware that the walk to the lift at the end takes ages!

The mine is just out of this world and so interesting. The tour guide was knowledgeable but so animated and engaging which added to an already great experience.
A Great and Informative Experience The tour was overall a very enjoyable experience! The tour lady was incredibly friendly and made an effort to keep things engaging throughout. The amount of information shared during the tour was impressive and added a lot of value to the visit. That said, there were a couple of logistical hiccups. The car park wasn’t immediately obvious upon arrival as the coach parking dominated the area. Thankfully, we eventually found it located behind the coach parking area. Additionally, the instructions for the meeting point were a bit unclear, as it was labeled with someone’s name, but it turned out to be the main entrance. A little more clarity on this would have been helpful. On the bright side, check-in was quick and easy—just a ticket scan with no need to show ID. I would highly recommend booking this tour for the morning or late afternoon as it lasts 2.5 hours. Be prepared for a fair amount of walking and warm conditions inside, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and well worth it. Definitely recommend!
Incredible experience. Such a fascinating place with a rich history. Knowledgeable guide that told us the interesting history of this enourmous salt mine
An incredible visit to Wieliczka with an exceptional guide who made the experience even more exciting with his captivating stories. 100% recommended!

The place is extraordinary! I wasn't expecting this... the tour was very well organized, and the French-speaking guide was top-notch.

I liked that I didn't have to wait the line. But the transfer of the tickets was successful only by a coincidence and little more instructions as to "some person will call your name in front of the main entrance" would be helpful.
Absolutely Fabulous experience. Sights that I will never forget! Our guide was brilliant. She was very descriptive about the mine's past and very engaging. If you are in Poland, this is a must!

We LOVED Joe and Ray!! What a brilliant brilliant day out. Joe was funny, confident and so charming. Our kids just loved it - Thank you!! Give those two a Christmas BONUS! Mark on the door alos needs a mention as he started the whole event with a smile and making us feel welcome. All staff were charming and friendly! Thank you!
The experience without changing rooms and it costs the same. I understand that they are not visited by the pre-match but it is worth the same as the people who can visit? When by visit you can only visit one day before.

I was send an mail to wait at the gate even showing picture of the location but after waited for awhile I checked it was actually a different location...🙁
Well I went a couple of years ago and that was very good but this one was different didn't like the small video devices and headphones then doing the tour staff just pointing to the next place you were going some staff talked to you about the club but the one I went 2 Years ago told us all the history about the club also they had a fantastic restaurant in the museum know they don't have that was disappointing
We have a wonderful day the tour wad excellent and guides joe and ray where really friendly and helpful I would highly recommend this experience
The ground is beautiful, so so awesome too see! My 9 year old is obsessed with Liverpool we came over from NZ and had to take him, so happy we did, he really loved it and we enjoyed it. Being able to walk where the players walk, and be in the changing room was so cool. My boy just loved it so much! Beautiful place. The guide Tom was fun, engaging and informative, he made the tour really enjoyable and you could see his passion for the team.
The self guided tour lacked real personality. Too sterile for a warm City and Club like Liverpool. You could have been anywhere. And the battery ran out after about a third of the tour. I asked one of the support team if I could get another but I didn't!
The day was amazing, my son was made a fuss of as it was his birthday. Lots of history from the worlds best club. Brilliant photos.
It was smooth and easy. It is a good idea to book online and have electronic tickets. This way we avoid standing in cue!
The pitch was great but you need improve about tour with person who is need to speak about Liverpool Anfield history stadium. Because now is very simple with this headphones and audiogad but the stadium is so beautiful but a lot of people would like to learn a lot.
Headout really ticks all the boxes when I visited Anfield stadium tour, booking the tickets online is priority, saves some hassle and gives peace of mind. This was the highlight of our Liverpool trip for me and my grandson ( first time for him), it is a great opportunity to see this magnificent stadium because tickets to see the actual games is difficult.
it was very nice and well organized, I want to bring a huge thanks to Evonne(I don't know if I write it correctly) and a "guy" at the entrance who helped when my son was krying because we lost his phone(we found it latter) but helped to call around and email to the caffe great and supporting people!
The booking was as simple as making a cup of coffee. It was my dream to visit Anfield, the dream came true. I enjoyed every moment, the tour guides were excellent.
Everything, especially the tour guides they were really great and had a lot of personal story's about the club that I really enjoyed
excellent tour . only issue was please let people know about parking when visiting anfield . we had a very stressfull 30 minutes trying to find a car park and were nearly late . we nearly had to give up and if we had been aware no parking included ( iassumed it was ) we would have given ourselves more time .
Great guide, really knew his Liverpool history, and great humour and interaction with people on tour. Booking and info good
Our tour guides Mario and Mike were absolutely amazing. We went to celebrate my sons 12th birthday he's a big Liverpool fan and wanted a tour so that was his birthday trip out . My son said it was the best day of his life Mario got everyone to sing happy birthday to him in the changing room wich made my sons day that's all he has spoke about since the guides were funny and made everyone laugh but also made sure they got the history of Liverpool was told and we just loved it and carnt wait to go again it's a 5 star day out
Everything..the place, the guides, the pitch, the museum..everything I 😍 😍 😍 😍
Seeing my sons face at anfield was something I'll never forget watching the match at night singing the songs winning them doing the tour the following day.
It was amazing it was a surprise birthday gift for my son austin who had his 11th birthday it was a super experience he loved every minute
Everything !! So nice with the tour , all staff was friendly and serviceminded. I liked very much that you were able to see everything , dressing room , the pitch and the museum afterwards with all club history. I'm a huge fan since the 80:s so a dream came true , and I Aldo saw the game againnt AV on saturday 😊👍⚽️YNWA BR Fredrik Eliasson, Sweden
Jamie was an excellent guide. He was knowledgeable, entertaining, patient and funny. Tom was a great addition to the tour too. We had come all the way from South Africa and it was amazing.
I´m a long time Liverpool fan. It was avesome to get to go in all lockers, both avay locker and home team locker. Your staff was friendly and we got to talk with everyone we needed.
The whole exprience was wonderful Only towards the end i for got the official photos we took by the trophoes and the green back drop I wonder whether i can pay for them and for postage so we?recieve them
Got straight in to the stadium and got served straight away with checking tickets. Really did like the way you can go around at your own pace and not be rushed, there were plenty of stuards there if we needed any help. Even though there was quite a lot of people on the tour it didn't feel too cramped anywhere in the stadium. This is something I've wanted to do for my husband for many years with him been a Liverpool fan all his life so it was so good to have such a great tour so thank you 😊

Kennedy Space Center General Admission
Absolutely everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is the best experience of my life! Seriously, this is something that all people who love aviation, space and technology should never miss!
View original review in Spanish
Kennedy Space Center is a extremely interesting, educational and FUN! Seeing the rockets and shuttles, etc., and learning about America's space exploration history and the many people who made it happen was so interesting. The interactive and immersive experiences were all first-rate and exciting. You know those rockets and shuttles are big, but you don't really understand how ENORMOUS they are till you see them for real. And one of the best things about our Kennedy Space Center experience was the wonderful, friendly, helpful people working there. THEY are what really made our visit extra special! Thank you!
We loved the well-documented people at your site! The advances in science at every point. The history of NASA. The need for engineers and others to take over! The expected future on Mars. All the simulators. Healthy catering at affordable prices. Heroes and tributes! Christmas decor! Wow!
View original review in French
The guided tour was very interesting, the Kennedy space is very organised and has many things to do. We visited it twice since the first time didn't have the time to explore all the activities there. It worths a visit and it's money.
I thoroughly enjoyed the explorer tour and visiting all of the sites and exhibitions. Our lunch was very tasty; simply delicious.
Very easy to book. Enjoyed that transportation was available to book so we didn;t need to rent a car...very convenient. Would have liked to have a bit more room in the van as it felt like we were stuffed into the van like sardines in a can. Made the van heat up considerably when 13 people are togethee in a tight space. Understand the economics of filling every seat but having a bit of space would have been nicer. (bu the way... we are not large people).
the experience itself was crazy! I felt like a kid at the fair and I don't think I did or read or saw everything there was to see, read or do: I hope someday I can come back and finish seeing, reading or doing everything there is to see , read or do! Unfortunately, for all the things to read or listen to, there is not the slightest chance for those who are not familiar with the English language to be able to hear or read it translated into their own idiom. It fits, But I can't give the highest rating because I booked the all-day bus tour for $100, and, because there was a rocket launch, it was canceled. I was told at the customer service office that all booked customers would be refunded, but instead 9 days later I still have not received a refund. I was on December 5, 2024, best regards, Antonello MELONI, Sardinia, Italy

I visited in 1975 and it was vastly different. You were up close back then and you could appreciate the huge scale because you could touch it. Also, the experience was still in NASA hands not everything was monetized. It was windy in November when we went so I was glad air was free or we wouldn't have been able to afford it.
Excellent guide for our 1pm tour. Very knowledgeable and informative about history and future of launches and space travel. He also informed us of a Space X launch on Thursday which we were able to watch. Fabulous two days.
Everything in general. If you go to Orlando, the Kennedy Space Center is worth a visit to learn more about the history of space exploration.

The Atlantis show was really clever. However, I was disappointed with the communication on the explorers tour. We were unable to get to the launch pad due to a broken down vehicle. We were not advised that we were not going to be able to get to the launch pad until we were dropped off at the Saturn centre, finishing the tour 40 mins early. Also, if you shut exhibitions 30 mins before the centre closes, maybe advertise that somewhere.
All good - except the address you sent us to has been wrong for 10 years. You sent us to the employee gate - not the visitors gate!!
We loved being able to explore the park, take guided tours, experience the Saturn 5 up close, and the park's shops. We would have loved to see the crawler and pad up close, but still enjoyed the tour we had purchased. There were many penny presses around campus, which will satisfy all of your souvenir needs.
The day I was there they had a satellite launch that I was only 3 miles away because I booked the bus tour also. The simulator experience was amazing. It was a great experience.
The bus tour to the launch pads , the center with the real Saturn rocket and rocket garden showing the different sizes
We were fortunate to be out on the bus tour at the time of a rocket launch. I've always wanted to observe one in person and it was amazing!
It was terrific! The tour was the best tour that we have ever taken on any trip. Really a great experience. Everything at the Kennedy Space Center was top notch. The weather was great, too. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a mix-up and had arrived late for the 10:30 tour. Kelly at Will Call was wonderful in helping us. She made it possible so that we could get on a later tour on a peak tourist day. She really made the experience for us! Thank you, Kelly!
Bus tour was really good and informative. The last time I was at the center was way back in 1977. I was only 17. Lots more to do. Keep up the good work.
Kennedy Space Center was great. I didn't appreciate the high service fee that Headout charged however. I could have bought the tickets with KSC direct for $45 less.
Unfortunately we purchased the 4 tickets with the experience however, we needed to drive 3 hours from Miami & missed our 10:00 am slot for the Experience part. I reached out to Headout to see if we could come later, but I received a response when we were actually leaving to drive back to Miami. I went to customer service at the KSC and she graciously refunded the Experience part. The rest of the grounds were absolutely amazing & we checked off another box on our bucket list. We did go on the bus tour! The Headout site was very easy to use - thank you! Jan & Keith
It was awesome. A special thanks to our guide John and the coach driver as we managed to see a space rocket take off. The whole experience was just mind blowing. Thank you
The center was great, a wonderful mix of learning and experiential activities. Purchasing on Headout was easy, but I was always concerned that it was a 3rd party and my tickets wouldn't work. I'd recommend more space center branding.
When our tour guide announced that we would back at the viewing area in time for the launch, I could not believe my ears. A launch? I actually saw a rocket go up on my visit, That was very special for me. Also on the visit was my 32 year old son, who has always believed, like a lot of his generation, that the moon landings were fake. I think we changed his views that day.
Well, we paid for the hundred dollar bus tour, but it seemed like if you were just bought a general admission ticket, you will be able to enter and also take the bus tour. So instead of paying a $100, it would have been better to pay like $69, but you still had to pay for parking, which was another 15, but the experience was fantastic. We got to see a lunch
ken our tourguide was super informative about the many buildings and launch sites. i believe he has a script but he did have answers about our questions.

The guide Steven aka Chris was really great and made the experience feel personal. This was the send time we did this but this time we brought our family from abroad with us, and we all loved it! Totally worth it!! Thanks
The guied was lovely! She was really funny and kind, I think her name was Lane, she also explained very well! The woman that was taking photos was also very kind! She said some words in spanish (we speak spanish as our native language).
Our guide was great - I'd suggest improving the marketing as it was not clear that you had a good glow worm experience, which we had. The implication from web searches is that your tour is cave focused and the other cave is glow worms focused. I have done both and Ruakuri is much better.
Did this tour 40 years ago, was great to share it this time with my daughter, who doesn't usually like caves, but the whole experience from booking through to end of the trip was seamlessly good, just a pity we couldn't take photos of us both there, until we'd finished.
We are so happy that we booked the Down to Earth tour. This is a guided tour into a privately owned and essentially undeveloped glowworm cave. Not too hard but, in my opinion, not suitable for somebody with mobility issues or fear of tight spaces. Also, prepare to get wet ... but know that a full change of clothing is provided. My wife and I had been looking for a somewhat longer tour restricted to only a handful of participants, and Down to Earth delivered! Ash, who guided the tour, is a lot of fun. He is very knowledgeable, and it is clear that he loves what he does. The glowworm cave was amazing - I loved it. Ash told us to turn off our headlamps, and once our eyes adjusted the cave ceiling came "alive". I send the pictures that Ash took to my family, and they marvelled at the night sky of New Zealand! Of course I corrected them ... and now they too want to come and see the glowworms. One of my favourite experiences here in New Zealand. Thank you Ashley.
All went smoothly , Xavier was very informative. And an excellent guide thru the caves. The tour is very well set up for anyone to acccess.
The tour was great, although a few of the group thought there was not enough time in the cave with the glow worms, which is the main reason for the visit. Rex was awesome as a guide, but nervous for his first day but he was brilliant🙂🙂
Beautiful place . T - our guide was great! He was so patient with my elderly Mom trying to navigate her way through the dark caves to the boat. We learned so much about the caves .
A really informative and entertaining tour/trek. Ash was a very amicable guide and the interesting features were sympathetically introduced and described .
The tour and all staff were great. However we a an 18 month old child on our tour that yelled screamed for the entire tour. We were unable to hear the guides commentary a lot of the time and noise was extra loud in cave. Spoilt our entire experince
The cave experience was great and the guide was very interactive. Just that they at times joke with false facts so it gets confusing whether at times what they are speaking is truth or not.
George the guide was funny, warm and welcoming. He gave us enough information to be interesting and informative. The crying baby ruined the boat trip part however. I think they should be refused tickets not just advised against. Very frustrating to come from South Island for bucket list experience to have it wrecked by another's unrealistic selfishness. But again it was a treat to see the caves.
Great guide, lots of interesting information and was so great to finally see the glow worms and the wonderful caves. Highly rate this experience and strongly advise anyone coming to New Zealand to do this experience
Wonderful experience, friendly guide, adventurous climbing through rocks and water in dark cave. Gloworms were awesome.
This was an excellent tour and a surreal experience. My only regret is not being able to take pictures in the cave but I understand the reasoning.
Very clear and concise instructions and we weren't waiting long to see glow worms! Tato our guide was very funny and caring for the whole group. Lots of stories about the cave and glow worms. Safety was very clear and all instructions were delivered very clearly.
Joe did a great job as a guide. Unfortunately there was family with very small children and it was evidently nap time as one kept crying and screaming. Ignore my check above as I had to check something.
I really enjoyed the Raukuiri tour the most, but I do have to say it was very expensive, maybe offer a discount if people book more than 1 tour. Or better yet a discount to those who live in NZ as we were paying tourist prices to see our own Toanga
The activity itself was interesting. The only annoyance was that I couldn't change the date of my booking just minutes after I realized I filled in the wrong date. Consequently I lost my money. Thankfully Headout have me a 25% reduction on my next correct booking. Regretfully computers don't accept mistakes!
The caves literally are awesome. Particularly , and obviously, the cathedral and the gloworms. The guide did a great job. I last visited the caves over 50 years ago, so felt it was time to come back. I wasn't disappointed.
Amazing to see such natural features along with a great summary from Max our guide. Would have preferred to not have to download an app to complete the booking.
Ticketing was super simple and, when we arrived, everything went as smoothly! We loved our guide, T, and the easy going, generous and respectful way he taught us about the caves and the glowworms.
Ticketing was easy. Glow Worns were spectacular. Tour of the caves a bit dangerous. Better lighting on steps and stairs is needed. This comment comes from a retired lawyer who understands the civil liability issues.
Ticketing was easy and simple, everything flood smoothly from checking in. Copy brought meaning, detail, history, humor, and a caring experience!
The limestone caves were breathtaking and the boat ride in the dark under the glow worms was amazing. The tickets were a bit confusing as it had us all as infants when I said there was 2 adults and 2 children but they sorted it out

The bus was on time, the driver took care of the transport, the entrance to the site and brought us back to the starting point after the visits. Well done. The sites are moving, and the snow in Birkenau "colored" the memory of those terrible hours.

Everything was very orderly, the pick-up, the punctuality, the interpreter. Everything was well organized. The only thing I didn't like is that the time in each place is short in my opinion. Places with so much history cannot be seen so quickly.

Tour booked in Italian at 7 a.m. I was told at the time of booking that the start time of the tour could be changed. The afternoon before the tour we were informed that we would be leaving at 9:15. Regarding the language, about a week before we were told that it would not be possible to have the guide in Italian, so we would be aggregated with an English group at a 25% discount. I tried to ask to be aggregated with a group in other languages that I spoke better but the answer was a flat NO.

Fast transfer and very competent French guides... However, waking up was difficult, as the departure time booked and initially scheduled for 7:10 a.m. was brought forward by 1 hour the day before, without any explanation?

We had booked the experience with a French-speaking guide, but we had an English-speaking escort in the van between the meeting point and the Auschwitz site. How disappointing.
View original review in French
A bit confusing at pickup to find another operator representing Headout. However the rest of the day was well run. Auschwitz guide was pretty amazing. Informative and appropriately respectful considering the seriousness of the content we were invited to see.
It was a very moving visit. Our guide, who spoke French, balanced the visit perfectly between history, tributes and meditation. He concluded with a few words on the importance of visiting this memorial to honor the memory of those who died in the camps. For pick-up outside the camp, we opted for the "pick-up at a meeting point" option, with lunch box. The mini-bus journey went smoothly and took around 1h20. However, I wouldn't recommend the lunch box, which I found very light at a cost of €9.

Well set up tour, guide was great and saw all the important places, organization at pickup point needs a little work, maybe description of bus given to us or a number system given to the bus, but all around great experience
The driver was particularly friendly and very accommodating in picking us up and dropping us off. The guide spoke perfect French and her kindness and perfect knowledge of the subject made for a very interesting day, well up to our expectations.

I had booked and paid for a visit in French. The day before I was told it would be in English. And I'm not the only one. This is called deception. If you can't. You have to be honest.

Very rewarding experience, the guide on site was perfect! Very interesting explanations, faultless French, and a commitment to accompanying the group! I recommend this visit to a dark part of our history, but one that remained very factual and instructive.

Our bus tour guide was super lovely her name was aurelia. The tour guide for the actual tour was also amazing she was so friendly and just spoke so well about the history
Our guide was good but was difficult to understand at times due to his very strong accent. Our ticketing experience was very bad...we reserved for an 11:00am pickup time and the company moved our pickup time to 05:20am less than 24 hours notice...I believe all the companies that run these tours do the same...I recommend you go on your own and rent a radio head gear...such an early morning pickup is absolutely ridiculous!!!
The tour was very well organised and our driver was very good at his job. The actual visit was very somber but very informative and the lady who guided us around was most professional and informative.
I loved it! Except for a small delay at the start of the tour, everything went very well. The guides were very good and the tour was very interesting.

Is a must see tour. We were very well informed thanks to our guide. Last but not least i wanna thank to Daniel for everything.
That whole day was something I will never forget. Having read so much about the atrocities, it was so moving to actually be there and experience the place. Norbert was an excellent guide telling the tour lots of detail not just about the two camps but also about Krokow and the surrounding City.
The experience is very interesting and important for understanding the stakes of the place and its history. However, I found that the visit to the camp was a bit of a slapdash affair, as we didn't get into many of the blocks that could have been fascinating, and the guide didn't give us time to read the information panels. The major problem was a change in the departure time, of which I was informed less than 24 hours beforehand. The departure time was brought forward by 1h15, which was not compatible with my bus to Krakow. I therefore had to change my bus tickets at my own expense, without having any choice (unless the tour was cancelled). However, less than 24 hours before, the fees were very high and the agency gave me no help either in terms of solution or financial support to solve my problem. It was either I had to pay extra to shift my transport, or I had to cancel the visit as no other slot was offered to me for 1 week. I find this assistance to be the main problem. However, I do recommend taking the exciting tour.
